About Me...

When I was 18 I decided to get into the film industry, having always wanting to be in front of the camera all my young life the first time I got to be behind and direct was in high school, I fell in love with the idea of being a film maker. I honestly don't recall the one film that made me want to go into the film industry but if I had to name a few that would be easy... A very large amount of films I watched when I was young were fantasy adventure and the others were sci fi in orination, ET, Labyrinth, The Never Ending Story, Krull, Ladyhawk and a plethora of others were definetly in my most beloved film of yesteryear.
All my life since I have been in love with the movies, the escapism each film brings wih it is unconditional and nothing beats the feeling I get when a scene or line or even location brings tingles down my spine. I believe people miss out due to the fact they don't know what a lot of films are about.
What I 'm attempting to do here is review the films you may want to see and films you never thought you would. I want to give you my honest opinion and thoughts, of course I don't expect everyone to agree after all these are my thoughts and feelings, hopefully though you will have a better understanding on what is available and what is out there to be seen.
I use a rating system of BanShee Screams -
The BanShee Screams come from my nick name (BanShee) Which came about due to many things one of the main being my very loud laugh. For those anaware a BanShee is an Irish Wraith which come to collect those about to pass to their next life it's also a deroggative description of a person drunk and intoxicated beyond their own control. (Another reason I was given the nickname BanShee, I was once that person and it's stuck with me)
So please read along, watch the trailers and add your own feedback and most importantly if you like what you're reading ;like and share. After all I want this to be a career, they say if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life, getting on in my age now I finally want to love what I do for a living and for me reviewing films is just that.
Thanks for reading.

Leigh :)
